If you are experiencing issues with menus disappearing behind pictures, you need to disable Compatibility View. To do this:
1. Go to your Internet Explorer Toolbar at the top of the page.
(If the Toolbar is not at the top of your page, right-click in the gray area below the address bar and click next to the word “Menu Bar” which will place a checkmark next to it. This should allow the Toolbar to appear on your browser page.)
2. Click on “Tools”
3. “Compatibility View” should be unchecked. If there is a checkmark by it, click on it to remove the checkmark.
4. Your screen should now automatically resize for website viewing
