As the Faith Formation year draws to a close, we have many students who have spent the year growing in their faith as they prepare to receive these grace-filled sacraments.
*St. Victoria will have 77 students receiving their First Communion at our regular weekend Liturgies on May 5 & 6.
*St. Victoria will have 60 students receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation at the Cathedral in St. Paul the evening of Thursday, May 10.
As we did in February, on April 18 St. Victoria’s K-8th Grade Faith Formation Classes will again be making 1,000 sandwiches to help feed those in our shelters and living on the streets. Along with the sandwiches, our kids will also make labels with words like ”God Loves You”, ”Someone is thinking of you”, “Enjoy” and more. A label will be placed on each sandwich bag as words of encouragement to those who will be receiving the sandwich. We are all born to be a blessing to each other – and our kids will be blessing many that night. God is Good!
